Par 71, yardage 7,026. Druids Glen is often referred to as the "The Augusta of Europe". The flora and fauna of the Glen provide a colourful backdrop to a magnificent golf course. The forests and streams produce a haven for wildlife in what was once a home to the Druids. Design duo Pat Ruddy and Tom Craddock were given the brief to create the best inland course in Ireland. The classic parkland course features many signature holes and provides golfers with a thrilling golf experience amidst a beautifully manicured landscape. The Druids Glen name originates from a stone altar of pre-christian worship, which was discovered during the construction of the golf course, in the thickly forested area overlooking the 12th green. Today, a Druid stands proudly at the site as a reminder of the history of the Glen.
